We understand how important it s to have more options when planning a trip or a visit, this is why your reservation with Exerbe is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge fees for eligible cancellations. For most of our tours, our standard cancellation policy allows you to receive a full refund or reschedule your tour free of charge if you cancel up to 72 hours before the service date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within the last 72 hours prior to the service date, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Please note that tours including attractions such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Colosseum or Vatican in Rome, and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the cancellation policy indicated for each specific local experience.

We aim for your satisfaction and will always strive to accommodate rescheduling or provide alternative options whenever possible, subject to availability and potential price adjustments. 

Late Arrivals and No Shows

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time indicated on your voucher. Our tours start promptly at the scheduled time, and unfortunately, late arrivals or failure to locate the meeting point, for any reason, cannot be refunded. In most cases, joining a tour after it has commenced is not feasible due to logistical constraints. 

Cancellation Due to Travel Disruptions or Illness

Our cancellation policy extends to all delay and no-shows, including those resulting from flight or train delays, traffic issues, or illness. In case of a delay, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential losses due to delays, cancellations, illness, or medical expenses, as we cannot assume responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. 

Promotional Sales

>Promotional sales or discount codes are applicable only to new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively or to existing bookings.

Amendment Policy

Should you need to reschedule your tour, we’re happy to assist you free of charge for requests made within 72 hours before the tour start time (or more for those tours involving iconic attractions). Changes initiated in the last 72 hours of the tour start time may incur amendment fees based on actual costs incurred, such as rebooking attraction tickets. Our aim is to keep any fees to a minimum, and customers can conveniently modify bookings online through our website.

Changes to this Policy
