Embark on your journey at 10.00 a.m. from the heart of Rome or with direct pick-up from your accommodation in Rome if centrally located.Start your day with a delightful breakfast at your leisure, setting the perfect tone for the upcoming culinary adventure. A scenic 1-hour drive southeast will lead you to Villa delle Magnolie, an enchanting estate nestled between Zagarolo and San Cesareo, renowned as “The Garden of Rome.”
At the villa, be warmly welcomed by Eddy and Jessica, the passionate owners of this unique estate. Eddy, a multifaceted individual – artist, musician, singer, director, composer, food journalist, publisher, and cinematography professor – embodies the essence of Roman culture and cuisine. Explore the interiors, the sprawling garden, and take in the panorama of the valley below. Engage in a hands-on cooking class with Eddy, discovering the simplicity behind the secrets of Italian cuisine. Learn the art of seasonal eating, perfect pasta-making techniques, and the secrets of crafting delightful main courses. Participate in preparing iconic dishes such as Pasta with “Amatriciana” sauce or the classic “Carbonara.” Delight in the flavors of meat-centric dishes like “Pollo alla Cacciatora” or “Abbacchio al forno con patate.” After your culinary endeavors, relish a delicious lunch with Eddy and Jessica, complemented by local red wine, an essential element of any authentic Italian meal. You may also appreciate some live Italian music sang and played by your multitasking host, or discuss with him about cinema and art.
At approximately 04.30 p.m., our Minivan will return you to Rome. Bid farewell to Eddy and Jessica, with an open invitation for your return to Rome. Arrive at your Rome accommodation around 05.30 p.m., or request a drop-off in the city center to continue exploring the Eternal City’s other captivating experiences.

● Tour is guaranteed with a minimum of 2 participants
● Clients must be ready at the hotel reception 10 minutes prior to tour departure
● If pick-up from hotel is not possible, clients must be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure
● The tour runs both with rain or shine, only in cases of extremely bad weather conditions or due to force majeure it could be canceled. On these rare occasions, clients will be informed in advance and will be offered the first available date or the full refund
● Any food allergies, intolerances or any other special requirements need to be notified upon reservation
● Upon reservation, please inform the details of accommodation in Rome to check if free pick-up is available
MEETING POINT
Tour starts from your centrally located accommodation. If the pick-up from the accommodation will not be possible, the meeting point is in Piazzale di Porta Pia, just near the “Bersagliere” Statue
