Join us on a unique 3 hours itinerary exploring some of Rome’s most enchanting terraces, offering breathtaking panoramas of the eternal city. Rome, renowned for its historic monuments, is equally celebrated for its panoramic viewpoints providing spectacular views of this charming city. Embark on our journey at the Terrazza del Pincio, nestled in the gardens of Villa Borghese—an iconic spot for unparalleled panoramic views. This splendid belvedere offers a unique visual experience embracing the heart of the historic center, with Piazza del Popolo majestically unfolding before your eyes. This site will mark the initial destination during the morning tour and conclude the itinerary for the afternoon tour. In specific periods during spring and summer, and with a touch of good fortune, this terrace may offer you the opportunity to witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life.

We continue to the Terrazza delle Quadrighe on the Altare della Patria, known as Vittoriano. This majestic terrace, one of Rome’s most iconic viewpoints, offers spectacular 360-degree views. Marvel at the grandeur of the Colosseum, the indelible symbol of ancient Rome, while the Roman Forum unfolds with its evocative ruins—a perfect place to capture the essence of Rome in a single panoramic view. If the access to the Terrazza delle Quadrighe may not be availble, you will be able to admire a similar spectacular view from the nearby Terrazza Caffarelli. 

We then move to the Aventine Hill, one of Rome’s most beautiful, for a view from above at the Garden of Oranges,  offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Tiber River and the city. This charming garden provides the perfect backdrop to unwind and contemplate the timeless beauty of Rome. Nestled atop the Aventine Hill, the Garden is a hidden gem in the heart of Rome that offers a tranquil escape from the urban bustle. As you enter this enchanting haven, the scent of citrus blooms wafts through the air, and a sense of serenity washes over you.

Our journey concludes on the opposite side of the Tiber River at the splendid Terrazza del Gianicolo. This lovely location is not just a hill but a site rich in historical significance. The Terrazza del Gianicolo is an exceptional viewpoint allowing you to embrace a wide portion of Rome. A distinctive feature is the daily noon cannon firing, a tourist ritual providing a unique moment on the hill.

• Clients must be ready at the hotel reception 10 minutes prior to tour departure
• The order of the visited sites may be subject to changes
• Tour length is approximately 3 hours, the itinerary can be modified in exceptional cases of unforeseen circumstances
• We recommend comfortable shoes anytime of the year and sunglasses in the summer months
• The tour runs both with rain or shine, only in cases of extremely bad weather conditions or due to force majeure it could be canceled. On these rare occasions, clients will be informed in advance and will be offered the first available date or, possibly, the full refund
• If some of the attractions included in the itinerary are not accessible due to an extraordinary closure on the day of the visit, the clients will be offered an extended itinerary for the rest of the tour
• It is possible to book the entrance tickets only 1 month in advance. If the access to the Terrazza delle Quadrighe may not be availble, the clients will be offered to admire a similar spectacular view from the nearby Terrazza Caffarelli
• No refunds or re-bookings available for late arrivals or no shows
